a Purdue University study found that eating ½ teaspoon chili powder can help suppress appetite, especially for people who do not eat normally, other studies found that members capsicin spicy flavor of chili, can reduce hunger and increase calorie burning, but dijui amounts unrealistic for most American adults.

6-week study involved 25 people who are not overweight, 13 like spicy food and that 12 does not, in general, consumption of red pepper to increase body temperature and burn more calories through energy expenditure in nature, the researchers found, people who do not eat red peppers on a regular basis decreased hunger, especially to eat fatty foods, salty and sweet, sofamiliar ,the benefit is reduced ,clearly researchers in a statement.
