Vitamin D Levels Can Cause Premature Menstruation

Low vitamin D levels in young girls is likely to cause early menstruation, a risk factor for many health problems later in life, problems – behavioral and psychosocial problems in adolescence, girls are menstruating earlier also looked at higher risk of developing the disease and Cardiometabolic cancer, especially breast cancer as adults.
